ABOUT GG CONSULTING & ADVISORY
Thoughtful advice.
Practical foundations.
We support businesses entering and expanding into Australia, connecting commercial ambition with coordinated establishment and carefully considered local partnerships.
OUR APPROACH
The right structure.
The right understanding.
An Australian expansion begins with an ambition. Turning that ambition into a local presence brings a different set of questions: what needs to be established, who needs to be involved, and which decisions belong to whom? For a prospective Local Partner, the questions are just as personal—what will the role involve, what support is available, and what am I agreeing to?
GG Consulting & Advisory works at the meeting point of those two perspectives. We connect the practical work of establishment with a shared understanding between the business and the people supporting its local presence. The aim is not simply to move through a checklist, but to make the next step clear enough for both sides to make an informed decision.
Our role is to organise the establishment journey: bringing together the people, information and specialist resources needed to move a business from intention towards operation. We focus on clear communication and a well-understood division of responsibilities.
Our Local Partner Programme introduces selected Australian candidates to companies seeking a local presence. We take time to understand both sides, clarify the proposed role and establish the support arrangements before an appointment is made.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Clarity is part of the service.
A dedicated account manager coordinates communication. A specialist Formation Team coordinates setup activities. Your agreement defines the role, eligible milestones, payment arrangements and ongoing commitment.
That relationship starts with a conversation, not an automatic commitment. We take time to understand the business’s intended activities and the candidate’s background, availability and questions. A proposed match is considered by our team before approval, and the relevant agreement records the role and its conditions. There is room to ask questions and seek independent advice before deciding whether to proceed.
Support does not replace accountability. Directors and other appointees retain the duties attached to their position, including the need to exercise independent judgement and understand what they approve.
The conversation continues beyond setup. As the business moves towards operation, the focus shifts to communication, outstanding actions and the continuing responsibilities of the appointment. Whether you are exploring Australia for your business or considering a Local Partner role, a useful starting point is the same: understand the opportunity, understand the obligations, and know who to turn to next.
