THE OPPORTUNITY

We connect selected Australian candidates with businesses establishing or expanding their Australian presence. Our team coordinates formation and setup; you provide local presence and complete the activities that require your participation.
Your appointment may involve identity checks, company documentation, banking applications, approvals and ongoing administration. The exact role varies by company. You review the proposed responsibilities, workload and payment terms before committing.
PAYMENT & COMMITMENT
Clear terms. No guesswork.
Eligible onboarding and setup tasks may be paid from day one under an agreed milestone schedule. Your agreement identifies which tasks qualify, the amounts, approval requirements and payment timing.
A$1,000 per month from Week 12
The proposed monthly payment begins from Week 12 in accordance with your Local Partner Agreement and its conditions. It covers your specified ongoing responsibilities. Participation, placement, earnings and activation dates are not guaranteed.
A ROLE TO TAKE SERIOUSLY
Manageable does not mean responsibility-free.
The ongoing workload may be lighter after setup, but it varies with company needs. Some periods require additional attention. If appointed as a director, your legal duties and independent judgement continue even when day-to-day involvement is limited.
You will have time to ask questions and seek independent legal, tax or financial advice before signing. Never approve documents blindly or sign something you do not understand.
